What is the Princess Project?

The Princess Project promotes self-confidence and individual beauty by providing free prom dresses and accessories to high school teens who might not otherwise be able to attend prom. Our effort is made possible through invaluable volunteer, donor and community support.

  • San Diego has been helping teens since 2009 find their prom dress.
  • With the help of our volunteers and community partners, we reach over 1500+ local high school teens throughout San Diego County and beyond to help make their prom dreams come true.
  • We collect 1,000’s of dresses each year. We hope to collect over 2,000 this season!
  • Over the past 10 years we have given away 10,000+ dresses.
